STORCH
presents the solution for the machine cleaning of asbestos-cement
surfaces:
The asbestos-cement cleaning system
Suction Stripper ARS
Suction Stripper ARS – the asbestos-cement cleaning
system by STORCH. Finally, it is possible to machine clean
asbestos-cement facade surfaces.
The Suction stripper ARS was developed with major input by the trade
association “FARBE, GESTALTUNG UND BAUTENSCHUTZ”. Measurements
by the trade association “Berufsgenossenschaftliches Institut
für Arbeitsschutz” (BIA) showed that, when correctly using
the system, the determined limits and specified values for asbestos
fibre concentration at the workplace of the user and in the exhaust
of the suction unit remained clearly and safely below the recommended
values.
In correspondence with the written confirmation by the BIA the cleaning
procedure using Suction Stripper ARS fulfils the preconditions for
procedures with a lesser exposure in accordance with TRGS 519 and
can be used to machine clean smooth façade panels made of asbestos-cement.
 |
| The STORCH high-pressure suction stripper with
a special pre-separator and a sophisticated filter technology
can be used for an effective cleaning of façade panels
made of asbestos-cement. |
 |
| There are millions of square metres of rotting
façade panels made of asbestos-cement in Germany that
can now be maintained in a clean and environmental friendly
procedure. This is a very lucrative market for painters and
ancillary trades. |
Using the Suction Stripper ARS façade panels made of asbestos-cement,
with corresponding special approvals by the trade supervisory offices,
can now be cleaned by machine, which is more effective and thorough
than the manual cleaning. This means that a painting business that
works in this lucrative market of maintaining façade panels
made of asbestos-cement can now offer his services at a much better
price, which makes it feasible for house-owners to re-coat their façade
panels made of asbestos-cement. The asbestos fibre emission due to
weather influence can, thus, also be prevented.
STORCH does not just supply the right equipment but also:
- A complete set of accessories for the equipment and for the
set-up on a building site
- A detailed operations manual for the cleaning and coating of
façade panels made of asbestos-cement
- Comprehensive service by our technical advisors
